Returns Accepted for 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, reach out directly to the collaborator you purchased from by visiting their shop page. Alternatively, you can email us at info@groovyparadox.org. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. This aligns with our mission to minimize non-essential shipping and reduce our collective environmental footprint.
22% Restocking Fee
Please be aware that returns are subject to a possible 22% restocking fee. This fee is necessary to support our independent collaborators and small-scale operations. It directly covers the non-refundable costs inherent to conscious commerce, such as payment processing fees, labor required for inspection and relisting, and protecting the independent collaborator’s financial investment in materials and time. It also strongly encourages mindful purchasing, aligning with our anti-waste mission.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, customization, or their direct contribution to community initiatives. If you have concerns about the eligibility of your item feel free to reach out to us, or the collaborator you purchased from, for clarification.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, inspect it thoroughly. Please contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item. We'll assess the issue promptly and work towards resolving it promptly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Customers shipping into the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
