At Groovy Paradox, we offer flexible ways to shop—whether you're subscribing to a ritual you love, reserving upcoming items through pre-order, trying something out before you commit, booking an intuitive service, or collecting original art through our auctions. Here's how each option works, and how you can make changes or cancellations.

Remember that items sold independently by a collaborator- such as original artworks, services, or specialty crafts- are not managed by Groovy Paradox after purchase. Any questions, returns, or updates related to these items must be discussed directly with the collaborator. Their contact information is typically listed on the product page or within the collaborator’s shop details.

Subscriptions
Some of our products are available by subscription for repeat deliveries based on your chosen frequency and duration. Your payment details are stored securely and charged automatically per delivery cycle, unless you choose to pay upfront. Certain subscriptions may auto-renew. If you don’t wish to continue, you can cancel before the next billing cycle. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime via the link in your order confirmation email.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders let you claim a product before it's officially released or restocked. You may be charged partially or not at all at checkout, with the remaining balance charged when the item ships. You can cancel any unfulfilled, unpaid, or partially paid pre-orders. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are not possible—but you may request a full or partial refund.

Try Before You Buy
Select items may be eligible for a trial period before you're charged. We’ll authorize (but not charge) your payment method when you order. You'll have a designated timeframe to try the item- if you keep it past the trial window, we’ll charge your card automatically. If it’s not for you, just return it before the trial ends.

Art Auctions
Items listed under Art Auctions are original works created by independent artists. Groovy Paradox facilitates these auctions, but all final communications, questions, shipping arrangements, and returns must be handled directly with the original artist. We encourage you to review the artist’s terms before bidding. Once your bid is placed and accepted, Groovy Paradox does not mediate cancellations or refunds unless otherwise noted by the artist.

Booking Services
You may book services like tarot readings, garden consultations, or other offerings through our trusted collaborators. When you book a service, the collaborator’s direct contact information will be provided to you for coordination, questions, or rescheduling. Groovy Paradox helps facilitate the connection, but all service fulfillment and follow-up communication occur directly with the practitioner. Any cancellations or rescheduling should be made in accordance with the collaborator's individual terms.
